Sponsorship

The Total Army Sponsorship Program (TASP) is currently under review.

 

1.The Army Career Tracker (ACT) will sunset on 14 Nov 2025.

2.The Sponsorship Program will be renamed “Onboarding and Integration”

3.The main objective is to create a seamless Soldier experience for In/Out-processing Soldiers empowered, Commander-Led, data fed, and outcome tracked.

4.This initiative also focuses on synchronizing efforts to improve Finance, Medical, Housing, Childcare, Spouse Employment and Schools.

5.IPPS-A will be utilized for Soldiers to update their contact information, to ensure accurate contact info during unit Permanent Change of Station (PCS).

6. Further guidance on the program implementation will be provided by Headquarters, Department of the Army, (HQDA) G1.

Ready to depart USAG Italy for the next duty station?

 

1.         Receive notification of new assignment via IPPS-A at: https://hr.ippsa.army.mil/

2.         Complete Member Elections on IPPS-A with accurate contact info

3.         Gaining unit will be able to access the Soldier contact info and assign a sponsor using the Leader’s Dashboard.
