Our Mission: The mission of the Administrative Services Division is to oversee, train, and guide the USAG Italy Document Management Program in areas such as recordkeeping, Army addresses, correspondence preparation, office symbols, processing and distribution of official and personal mail, forms management, and compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act.
