Aloha and welcome to the Military Personnel Division (MPD) website. The purpose of our website is to provide you with updates, policies, guidance and other relevant information affecting Soldiers and Family services provided by the MPD and other complementary agencies at the Soldier Support Center.

MPD’s Highlights
Our mission is to deliver friendly, comprehensive services to Soldiers, Family Members, government civilians, government contractors and retirees stationed throughout the Pacific Region Area of Operations (Hawaiian Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Vietnam, Philippines and other countries serviced by U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii).

Operating Highlights
The MPD provides military personnel services required by customers upon arrival/departure from the installation and other personnel actions initiated by Soldiers, Civilians, Family Members and Retirees. MPD support includes DEERS/ID Cards, Transition Assistance Program (TAP), Out-Processing, Promotions and Personnel Actions (S1 Non-PSDR Units), Personnel Automation (PAS), Separation Center, Retirement Services, Reassignments/Family Travel, Casualty Assistance Center (CAC), Soldier Readiness Processing-Mobilization (SRP-M), Congressional (USAG-Hawaii), Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) Fingerprint Services, Total Army Sponsorship Program, and Passport/Visa processing.
