MPD’S HIGHLIGHTS
Our mission is to deliver friendly comprehensive services to Soldiers, Family Members, government civilians, government contractors and retirees stationed throughout the Pacific Region Area of Operations (Hawaiian Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Vietnam, Philippines and other countries serviced by the US Army Garrison – Hawai’i.
Operating Highlights
The MPD provides military personnel services required by customers upon arrival/departure from the installation and other personnel actions initiated by Soldiers, Civilians, Family Members and Retirees. It encompasses DEERS/ID Cards, Transition Assistance Program (TAP), Out-Processing, Promotions and Personnel Actions (S1 Non-PSDR Units), Personnel Automation (PAS), Separation Center, Retirement Services, Reassignments/Family Travel, Casualty Assistance Center (CAC), Soldier Readiness Processing-Mobilization (SRP-M), Congressional (USAG-Hawaii), Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) Fingerprint Services and Total Army Sponsorship Program and Passport/Visa processing.
