DHR Fingerprint Services
The DHR Fingerprint Coordinator provides Fingerprint services to agencies that support US Army Garrison Hawaii which include NAF, MWR, NAF Childcare Positions, CYS Sports, AAFES, Religious Services, and direct requests from IMCOM headquarters for contractors, or FCC providers and their families.
All Requests MUST come from a hiring manager.
Request Fingerprints:
ALL FINGERPRINTS MUST HAVE BEEN REQUESTED BY A HIRING MANAGER, NO PERSONAL REQUESTS.
Fingerprints are by appointment only.
The DHR Fingerprint Coordinator does have approval from IMCOM to do courtesy prints for Military Spouses or Service members that require FD-258 for medical licensure transfers or completion.
For Service Members requiring fingerprints for security clearances or please refer to your S2 or the Garrison Security Office.
Standard Requesting Procedure:
1. HR managers email the Fingerprint Coordinator to send over the fingerprint request form, the name, and email of the person needing fingerprints
2. In the request email with the form, the client in need of fingerprints is provided with the contact information of the fingerprint coordinator.
3. The client schedules a fingerprint scanning appointment.
4. Client brings appropriate forms, a government issued ID and SSN Card.
5. Fingerprints are completed & the initial request form is signed and emailed back to HR manager.
