U.S. Army Hawaii Reception Company Mission Statement

The U.S. Army Hawaii Reception Company serves as the first impression of U.S. Army units across the island for incoming Soldiers and families. We execute world-class reception operations to welcome families and in-process Soldiers, ensuring they report to their gaining commands fully mission capable.

Note: Soldiers reporting to all U.S. Army commands in Hawaii must in-process through the USARHAW Replacement Company. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incoming/PCS Soldiers assigned to Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Helemano, or other Army commands on Oʻahu
  • Soldiers transitioning from other services or components to active-duty Army assignments in Hawaii
  • Soldiers with family relocations requiring assistance
