Although there is no dedicated legal assistance attorney serving the Detroit Arsenal Community, the TACOM Command Judge Advocate (CJA) will try to provide legal assistance on a space and time available basis. 

You may contact the TACOM CJA at 586.282.5120.  If time permits: services - to include notaries and powers of attorney -can only be provided to Active Duty, Military Retirees, Family members, and deploying DoD civilian (need orders). 

Another option is to contact the 9th Legal Operations Detachment, a Reserve unit that specializes in legal assistance; the 9th LOD drills out of Inkster, Michigan.  You may contact the 9th LOD at 719-317-1334/1336/1337.  The 9th LOD's mission is legal assistance and they can provide a variety of personal legal assistance to Servicemembers, Military Retirees, and Family members on family law (divorce, child support and child custody issues), consumer issues (identity fraud, debt collection) landlord/tenant issues, military administrative matters (NCOER/OER appeals, FLIPL/AR 15-6 investigation), and other personal legal matters.
