The Detroit Arsenal Housing Services Office welcomes you to Michigan! Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service and offer a variety of services to military member and civilians on orders to the Detroit Arsenal that are listed below.
We are here to help you as early in the process as possible. If for some reason we have not already reached out to you, please email us so we may assist in providing or communicating the best possible services with you.
The Detroit Arsenal Housing Services Office is located in building 205. When arriving at the Detroit Arsenal East Eleven Mile Road Gate entrance drive to the blue awning security badge check point to show your CAC card. Continue driving straight pass the field/running track. You will see building 205 on your right. Keep driving and turn right at the first stop sign. Park in the lot on the left side. Walk into the center door of the building 205. Once inside, turn right at the hallway, pass the bathrooms, enter an open door, turn left to walk towards the file cabinets. Turn left to walk down the cubicle isle by the windows. Follow this cubical hallway until you see an “HSO Services” logo on the carpet. Turn right into the cubicle and look for Karen Nemeth in cubicle RM1A055-P.
