Army Community Service (ACS) provides numerous programs and resources for Service Members (all branches, including active duty, guard and reserve), their families, retirees and DoD civilians. Programs and services provided by ACS include: Army Emergency Relief (AER), Army Family Action Plan (AFAP), Army Family Team Building (AFTB) on - line, Army Volunteer Corps (AVC) recognition, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Family Advocacy Program (FAP), Financial Readiness Program, Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC), Relocation Readiness Program, and Survivor Outreach Services (SOS).
