Log on to Army Career Tracker at actnow.army.mil to complete the form online. This email is monitored constantly, and you will receive a reply.

NOTICE: Walk-in hours are as posted. If you are awaiting the release of an MP report that was requested through the local MP Station, by law, we have 20 duty days from date of receipt in the FOIA Office to complete the action. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a Federal law that establishes the public’s right to request existing records from Federal Government agencies. The FOIA provides for prompt, maximum release of DOD records to the public unless such requested records are specifically exempt from mandatory public disclosure under the FOIA. Only the Secretary of the Army and the Initial Denial Authority (IDA) may deny a request for Army records.
