CONUS FORMS: (1) Complete all forms, print or download to your personal computer. Safeguard your PII. Do not save your PII to public computers.  (2) Ensure to print forms and take to Unit S1, then Unit S1 will provide to Military Personnel Division, Reassignments Section, Building 1.
