1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, Texas, Commanding General Hotline

The hotline is a means of communicating with the commanding general of the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss. There are two methods of communicating your concerns, complaints, suggestions or praise: this form or by calling (915) 744-2010. In this communication we ask that you be as specific as possible.

Information that should be included, as applicable, is:

Specifics of complaint, include as much information about the situation as possible
