ISD provides a myriad of services, to include: Bulk Fuel Support (fuel provided by DLA-E), Central Issue Facility, the Installation SSA, support for contractor and government-operated Dining Facilities, CL I ration support through the SSMO, the Ammunition Supply Point, Hazardous Material Management Point, property accountability for Garrison and AFSBn-Bliss via the Installation Property Book Officer, and provides oversight to the laundry contract for OCIE, Cook Whites, etc.

The Installation Maintenance Division Chief is located in Building 2588, and can be reached at 915-568-1393.

IMD is responsible for maintenance support of AFSBn-Bliss equipment, Garrison equipment, COMPO 3 Field Level Reset, CRC weapons and mask, and Pre-Deployment Training Equipment Sets. Additionally, IMD provides pass back maintenance support for units located on Fort Bliss on a reimbursable basis.

The Installation Transportation Division Chief is located in Building 11055, and can be reached at 915-568-7605.

ITD is responsible for Rail, Container Yard, Freight, Transportation Motor Pool, and Personal Property Processing Office operations for the greater Fort Bliss area.
