The office of Leadership and Professional Development at White Sands Missile Range held its monthly Test and Evaluation Analysis TEA Talk on March 17 at the Professional Development Center.

This talk was hosted by WSMR Commander Brig. Gen. Eric D. Little, Command Sgt. Maj. José Meléndez, and Executive Director Robert Stone. Sgt. Abi Scott, U.S. Space Force, presented this month's theme "Emotional Intelligence".

Those who attended the meeting at the PDC and via TEAMS learned how emotional intelligence is a skill that is learned, and when strengthened, benefits individuals and organizations as a whole. Scott went over some of the skills that are part of emotional intelligence, to include: communication, empathy, trust, change, tolerance, flexibility, anger management, team work, time management, decision making and stress tolerance.

In-person attendance for these monthly presentations is highly encouraged by Little. Future TEA Talks will be held at the Post Theater.
