The Range Operations personnel at West Point operate and maintain 16 live-fire ranges and 14,000 acres of maneuver training area. The range personnel primarily support the 4,400 cadets of the United States Military Academy (USMA) along with other tenant units, the Army National Guard, and the Army Reserve. Our staff assists units throughout all phases of training to ensure that Soldiers and leaders receive the best training experience possible and future training remains available.

Range Officer-In-Charge / Range Safety Officer Class
1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Range Operations Bldg. 1403. Class begins at 1300 and we ask that all student come prepared with Memorandum signed by the first O-5 in their Chain of Command. Social Distancing and the wearing of a mask is mandatory for all.
