ADD PERSONAL INFORMATION
First and last names are required fields. CAC EDIP will populate automatically from the CAC in use. Rank is optional.

ADD ASSOCIATIONS
You must add at least one association without an end date. All affiliated personnel (USMA, Garrison, KACH) are recommended to add “West Point Military Academy” as a location. Additional associations may be added but at least one is required, or the record will not be saved.

ADD ADDRESSES
Work and/or home addresses may be added here.

ADD ATTRIBUTES
Select attributes (office designator, language or other skills, special assignments) from the drop-down menu. Most personnel will have multiple attributes.

ADD CONTACT METHODS
You must add at least one valid telephone number. You may add additional phone numbers and emails as needed.

ADD FAMILY MEMBERS
Phone numbers and emails for dependents can be added here. Dependents should be added separately but may have more than one phone number or email may be added for each dependent. If you are unable to find your military location or save your record, please contact the USAG West Point Emergency Management Office at DSN 688-7092 or the ALERT! helpdesk.

IAW DoDI 6055.17, Sect 5, Para5.5.c(1) - all DoD military and civilian personnel and contract support personnel whose normal place of duty is on a DoD installation or within a DoD facility (i.e. “DoD Badgeholders”) are considered part of the primary population.
(b)...members of the primary population must ensure their personal contact information, including after hours contact information, as appropriate (e.g. personal cellular phone numbers or landline phone numbers), emailaddresses, home address, etc., are entered into the system and regularly updated or verified every 90 days to remain current and accurate.
