1. This form is specifically for the following persons:
a. Department of Army Civilians
b. Retirees
c. Service members assigned to other installations
d. Visitors
If you are an active-duty Service member assigned to Fort Riley or the dependent of one, you cannot use this form. Select the Active Service Member & Dependent Registration Process.
2. In order to initiate an application, you will need to provide:
a. Your full name and email address
b. The firearm details (SN, type, make, model, caliber)
3. Once you have all the necessary information either follow the link below or scan the QR code to submit the data.
4. After submitting your information, the system will open the FR Form 102 application.
5. Fill out the FR Form 102 and digitally sign. You will have the opportunity to download or print the form. At this time save the document as it will serve as your Temporary Registration until the form has finished processing.
6. The form will be automatically sent to the Visitor Control Center for processing.
7. When the Visitor Control Center has finished processing your form, you will receive the completed registration form via email.
