1. This form is specifically for active-duty service members assigned to Fort Riley, KS and their dependents. if you do not meet this criteria, follow the All Other registration process.
2. In order to initiate an application, you will need:
a. Your full name and email address
b. Your (or your sponsor's) commander's full name and email address.
NOTE: If you are a new arrival to Fort Riley, contact Victory Reception at 785-239-2119 for Reception Company Commander's email.
c. The firearm details (SN, type, make, model, caliber)
3. Once you have all the necessary information either follow the link below or scan the QR code to submit the data. *For the best user experience, please open this link using the Edge browser.
4. After submitting all of the information, the system will open the FR Form 102 application. If you do not include the commander's information, the process will NOT work.
5. Fill out the FR Form 102 and digitally sign. You will have the opportunity to download or print the form. At this time save the document as it will serve as your Temporary Registration until the form has finished processing.
6. The form will be automatically sent to the Visitor Control Center for processing.
7. When the Visitor Control Center has finished processing your form, you and your commander will receive the completed registration via email.
