The Poland Housing Military Community primarily relies on Privatized Rental Housing to meet the housing needs of service members (SM) and their Command sponsored families. The HSO collaborates with local landlords, agents, and realtors to find suitable housing that meets mission needs. We have not encountered significant challenges in locating adequate housing, and on average, SM can find housing within two weeks of arrival and move in within the first thirty days.
Housing in Poland consists mainly of modern, newly renovated buildings and/or new constructions that meet or exceed U.S. standards. Most apartments are fully furnished; however, houses may range from fully furnished to unfurnished. Please consider the differences in property sizes, roads, and parking when deciding what to bring regarding your Household Goods (HHG) and Privately Owned Vehicle (POV).
