The primary office for VI services is located in Building 1978, just outside of Reece Gate off MD-175.

Please call 301-677-6512 during times of inclement weather to ensure the photo studio is open. If for some reason you cannot make your appointment, please call so we may cancel it. 


Graphic Arts

FGGM Graphics provides professional graphic design in a broad spectrum of visual media products, including original graphic artwork, signs and charts. Graphics also provides large format color printing, lamination and mounting. Work orders (DA-3903) are required for all    graphic support requests and will be submitted online only using the VIOS. Photographic Service

The FGGM Photo mission is to provide photo documentation of significant events and official photo studio images, such as Department of the Army, Full-Length, Head and Shoulders and Passport photos. Personnel are asked to come prepared to have their photo taken AT the allotted appointment time. All photographic requests must be made by going online using the VIOS. Official photos are by appointment only and appointment times fill quickly. The number to contact to learn more about the photo studio is (301) 677-6511.

VIOS (Visual Information Ordering Site)

VIOS is a DA-mandated system whereby customers submit work requests for VI products and services electronically. Access to VIOS is accomplished in one of two ways: Using CAC credentials at VIOS (select the East region).  First time users are required to select the installation to which they belong (which will appear in a dropdown menu when credentials are initially entered). Once the installation is selected, enter the username and password again followed by pressing the “log in” button.
