ERRE REMINDER -- March 19

Tenant Satisfaction Housing Survey (TSS)

Mar 3, 2025 – May 1, 2025

Housing residents will receive an email from CEL & Associates, a third-party DoD uses to administer the survey. The email will provide each resident with an access code and link to the survey. Each household may only complete one survey.

If residents do not receive the CEL email by March 5, they should email ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to obtain a survey link. You must provide your installation name, resident name and home address.

There will be 74 random drawings during the 60-day period for residents that submit a survey. If your name is selected, you will be eligible to receive a $50, $250 or $750 gift card from LMH.

Web-based scheduling tool open for Mandatory Housing Inspection

Mar 21, 2025 – Apr 20, 2025

On March 21, residents will receive an email from RER/JLL with a web-based self-scheduling tool that will allow residents to select a date/time for the inspection; appointments need to be made no later than April 20.

This inspection will require an adult in households, over the age of 18, to be home and allow full access to the house during the scheduled inspection. These mandatory inspections should take approximately one hour.
