Fort Knox ID Card Facility
Mission
To ensure enrollment in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and provide Common Access Cards (CAC) and/or Official Identification Cards (ID) to Soldiers, Family Members, Retirees as well as Civilian and Contract Employees working on Fort Knox.
Notice: The Adjutant General (AG) is closed on weekends and Federal holidays

The ID Card facility will be taking appointments and limited walk-ins. | |
Walk-in times: Monday - Thursday: 8 - 10:30 a.m.. Friday: 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. There are limited walk-in slots. You are not guaranteed a walk-in slot if you come during walk-in times. | Make an appointment at your nearest location:

Renewal of all ID Cards are issued within 30 days of date of expiration.
18 and older require two forms of valid identification.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, building 1384 has limited seating in the lobby. Customers may be advised to wait in their vehicle until called for service.
