The Military Personnel Division manages personnel information and provides human resources services for active duty, active Guard/Reserve, retirees and their families in the National Capital Region. 

Personnel Actions & Reassignments

The Reassignments Processing Center (RPC) is responsible for processing reassignment orders and conducting levy briefs for personnel on permanent change of station assignments. Personnel Actions assists Soldiers and their families with actions affecting their military career such as compassionate reassignments, deferment, deletions, early arrival requests and travel outside of the continental U.S.

Records Management & Arrivals

Our mission is to manage installation personnel, accounting, strength reporting and the eMILPO database for data accuracy and accepted timelines within the Department of the Army standards. Acts as a liaison between Human Resources Command (HRC) and installation units to address ongoing eMILPO issues, and provides possible solutions or feedback to the installation with technical and functional support based on the Personnel Processing Activity (PPA) code. The Records Management Branch also supports in/out processing and managing permanent party personnel records.

Transition Branch-  Retirement, Separation, Expiration Term of Service and Unqualified Resignation

Transition Services provides support for all active and reserve component Soldiers separating/retiring from the military, retirees, and their family members.

Military Pay Office

The satellite DMPO office handles in/out processing, customer service, separations and retirement pay. These departments provide comprehensive military pay support to all Soldiers assigned to the installation. The DMPO provides accurate and timely payments to Soldiers, as well as resolving pay related inquiries with the utilization of unit PACs/S1s.

DEERS & ID Card

The ID Card section verifies enrollment in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and provides Common Access Cards (CAC) and/or official identification cards to Soldiers, family members, retirees, Department of the Army civilian and contract employees working on JBM-HH.

Casualty Assistance

The Casualty Assistance Center manages training, casualty reporting, notification, assistance, funeral honors, and mortuary affairs within the National Capital Region on a 24 hours, 7 days a week operating schedule. Their goal is to execute all duties in a timely and compassionate manner providing support to the families of those who have served.

Installation Voting Officer

The Installation Voting Officer provides information to U.S. citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), which includes military members on active duty and their family members. Also provides information on state elections schedules and absentee ballot deadlines.
