Mission:

The JBM-HH EO's mission is to provide equal opportunity advice, support and training to commanders, Soldiers, Family members and civilians assigned or attached to the JBM-HH Command. The Command policy provides fair treatment for Soldiers and Family members without regard to race, color, sex (including gender identity), religion, national origin, or sexual orientation and provide an environment free of unlawful discrimination and offensive behavior. 

Purpose:

The JBM-HH Command is dedicated to ensure fair treatment for all person based solely on merit, fitness, and capability in support of readiness

Goals:

•Provide EO for military personnel and family members, both on and off base, and within the limits of the laws of localities, states and host nations.

•Create and sustain effective units by eliminating discriminatory behaviors or practices that undermine teamwork, mutual respect, loyalty and shared sacrifice of men and women of the Army Force.
