Full Scale Exercise
13 May 2022 08:58
Guests coming to Fort Jackson May 18 should expect longer wait times at installation activities due to a joint emergency training operation. Be advised that no one will be in immediate danger. The exercise is something the Army does periodically to ensure our people know the crisis actions steps to keep people safe. There will be increased activity of emergency response vehicles across post as the installation holds a force protection exercise involving numerous simulated casualties. We ask all guests to be patient and follow all traffic signs and lights, and commands from first responders and a voice broadcast system.
