MISSION STATEMENT
- RC-OPT facilitates the integration of Reserve Component formations at the National Training Center, serves as the NTC Command Group's advisor on all Reserve Component matters, and educates the Reserve Components on rotational and off-rotation trends, challenges, and requirements.

OFF-ROTATIONAL TRAINING
- To request ranges please fill out the RC-OPT Form 1 and return it to the RC-OPT mailbox at: Non-Rotational-RC-OPT-NTC@army.mil and rc-opt-ntc@army.mil or by calling the staff duty phone at 760-964-1774. Request are due 60 days prior to execution, you must make appointments for check-in/check-out and have sufficient Soldier to clean up
