OCONUS

You are required to pick up your clearing papers in person at building 1525, CAPS Waiting Area, 10 business days prior to your anticipated day of departure. You must furnish 9 copies of these orders, and 5 copies of your DA FORM 31, DA Form 4036-R, AT Level 1 Certificate, HIV printout and permissive TDY (if applicable). 

CONUS

You are required to pick up your clearing papers in person at building 1525, CAPS Waiting Area, 10 business days prior to your anticipated day of departure. You must furnish 9 copies of these orders, and 5 copies of your approved DA Form 31, and permissive TDY (if applicable). You must be in Military Uniform (ACUs, Class As or Class Bs).
