The mission of the Installation Safety Office is to prevent accidental fatalities, injuries, property damages and occupational illnesses through direct operational safety support to U.S. Army Garrison - Fort Campbell and institutional safety support for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), tenant organizations, and the Fort Campbell population.
This is done using a professional safety and occupational health team to provide safety support, risk management application, training, accident investigation, hazard analysis and countermeasure development in order to provide a safe and healthful working environment for our Soldiers, civilians, Family members and military retirees.
Motorcycle Safety Training
Under the Army Traffic Safety Training Program, Fort Campbell conducts motorcycle and driver safety training for Soldiers. The recently renewed contract includes changes that will affect how the program is conducted. Effective immediately, the Experience Rider Course (ERC) and Military Sport Bike Rider Course (MSRC) have been replaced with the ADVANCE RIDER COURSE (ARC) and is applicable to all motorcycle riders regardless of the type of motorcycle you own. AR 385-10 requires Soldiers to take the sustainment training every 5 years by taking the Advance Rider Course. To register for training go to Army IMCOM Registration System (AIRS) at https://airs.safety.army.mil/ ✪. You can reach the ATSTP office by phone at (270) 461-0067.
