
AFGE (the Union), is the exclusive representative of bargaining unit employees (BUEs) both Civilian appropriated fund (AF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees for 101st, IMCOM, MEDDAC Readiness, MEDDAC/DENTAC/DHA, RNEC, LRC AAFES, DeCA, and unionized contractors located on Fort Campbell. Ky. AFGE Local 2022 is entitled to act on behalf of all employees in the negotiation and administration of each collective bargaining agreement (CBA) or master labor agreement (MLA). The Union is responsible for representing the interest of all such employees in matters such as personnel policies, practices, procedures, and other matters affecting morale and general working conditions. We have been representing and fighting for the rights of Fort Campbell government workers since December 1, 1960, when our local was first chartered. The below information is in accordance with (IAW) AR 690-752 Discipline and Adverse Actions, Chapter 1 Section 1-4 5(b) Inform employees of their procedural rights and responsibilities relative to this regulation and applicable laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
