Fort Campbell will conduct the first in a series of scheduled power outages that will take place over the next year starting Monday, Aug. 15, from 8 - 10 a.m. in the area north of Screaming Eagle Boulevard toward 1st Brigade Combat Team's footprint at Glider Road and west of Wickham Avenue. The outage will affect stoplights at the following intersections: Market Garden and Angels Road; Wickham Avenue and Currahee Street; Wickham Avenue and 42nd Street; Tennessee Avenue and 42nd Street; and Indiana Avenue and 50th Street. If the power goes out at a stoplight, then treat the intersection as a four-way stop and everyone should come to a complete stop before proceeding. Right-of-way: if intersections have no signage or signals, drivers should yield to traffic on their right and to cars already crossing the intersection.
