Devin Rupert
Devin Rupert became the deputy garrison manager for U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Benelux in Brunssum, the Netherlands in May 2024. Before his current assignment, he served as the Director of Human Resources for USAG Daegu in South Korea.
Rupert began his career in installation management in 2008 as a senior U.S. government contractor for U.S. Army Installation Management Command - Korea Region’s G3. He transitioned to a Department of the Army civilian in 2013 as an operations specialist in the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security at USAG Italy. His other installation management assignments include leadership positions at USAG Benelux, USAG Miami, and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Naval District of Washington at the Navy Yard, Washington DC.
His civilian federal service awards include two Meritorious Civilian Service Medals, two Civilian Service Commendation Medals, and four Civilian Service Achievement Medals.
Rupert is a graduate of the Civilian Education System’s Advanced Course. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
He is a decorated combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
