Logan Rappuhn
Logan Rappuhn became the site manager for Army Prepositioned Stock-2 Site at Dülmen Tower Barracks, Germany for U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Benelux in March 2025. Before his current assignment, Rappuhn served as the operations officer for USAG Benelux Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS).
Rappuhn began his Department of the Army civilian career in installation management in 2019 by serving in multiple roles within USAG Benelux DPTMS. His prior key assignments include future operations specialist, current operations specialist at Chièvres Air Base in Belgium. He then shifted to Dülmen Tower Barracks to serve as the operations specialist in 2020. He was promoted to operations officer in 2022.
Rappuhn has distinguished himself as the lead planner for several intermediate staging base missions in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. He played a critical role in the USAG Benelux COVID-19 response and recovery planning/execution where he was recognized by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command Commanding General for his contributions. As the operations officer at Dülmen Tower Barracks, Rappuhn provided his expertise in leading the site during contingency operations in support of multiple Defender Europe exercises and DOD security assistance to Ukraine.
Rappuhn is a United States Army veteran and proud recipient of multiple awards during his 14-years of service. He honorably separated from active duty in 2014 after serving in multiple locations in the U.S., abroad, and three tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
