The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) is made up of a team of human resources professionals dedicated to supporting and empowering service members, civilian employees, families and veterans worldwide in an era of persistent conflict. CPAC recruits, retains and sustains a high quality volunteer force through innovative and effective enterprise solutions and ensures human resources readiness of the Total Army across the full spectrum of operations.
Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) provides military police, security guard, physical security, and fire inspection/training services throughout the Benelux area of responsibility. DES provides the commander with professional and technical advice concerning law enforcement, protective services, security guards and physical security objectives and policy.
Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) provides a full spectrum of Human Capital Program Management and Human Resource (HR) services to service members, families, retirees and civilian employees to enable readiness for a self-reliant and globally-responsive all volunteer Army. The divisions include: Army Community Service, Military Personnel, Army Continuing Education Services, Administrative Services, Workforce Development and the Army Substance Abuse Program.
The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for design, construction, maintenance and repair of all facilities, operation of utility systems, management of all environmental and disposal, natural and cultural resources programs as well as providing Army Family and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing services.
DPTMS provides coordination and management of day-to-day operations for the garrison to include current operations/events, anti-terrorism/protection, management of crisis and emergency situations, and security clearances and access. The directorate also provides long-term planning, analysis and integration of garrison resources in addition to information assurance such as cyber security.

Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) is a network of support and leisure services designed to serve the needs, interests and responsibilities of each individual in the Army community, as well as enhance the quality of their lives. From family, child and youth programs to recreation, sports, entertainment, travel and leisure activities -- Family and MWR employees worldwide strive to deliver the highest quality programs and services at each installation. Family and MWR helps ensure Army readiness by caring for the people who serve and stand ready to defend the nation.
The Information Management Office (IMO) is responsible for promoting cyber security education, training and awareness. IMO provides local support for office equipment issues.
Internal Review exists to provide the community unbiased, independent, and professional examination services. We will do our utmost to exceed management's expectations by making available a dedicated staff, committed to providing quality, timely and adaptable audit services.
The Logistics Readiness Center provides the customers with sustainable full spectrum logistics in the areas of transportation, maintenance, supply and services.
Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) is a garrison management office and executes short- and long-range planning programs, business improvement initiatives and oversees and executes performance measurement programs.
The Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership – providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal and external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies including internal news and information products, media engagement and public outreach.
The Religious Support Office provides comprehensive religious services for the spiritual and moral needs of Service Members, authorized Family members, authorized DOD Civilian Employees and Retirees.
The Resource Management Office (RMO) provides professional and reliable resource management products that assist the garrison in providing equitable, efficient and effective management of its base operations resources to support mission and readiness.
The Safety Office develops, executes and manages the safety program for the garrison's organizations and assigned units. We are responsible for the safety and occupational health of all host nation employees serviced by the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center in Belgium, and the Dutch Ministry of Defense employees working for the U.S. Armed Forces in The Netherlands.
