His military and civilian education include Combat Lifesaver’s Course, Cheju Do Mountaineering and Rappelling, Drill Sergeant School Course, Law Enforcement Senior Leader Course, Pre- Command Course and United States Army Sergeant Major Academy. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Safety Management from Franklin University and a Master in Business Administration—Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.
