The U.S. Army Europe extended privately owned vehicle registrations (that are expiring between May 21 - June 20) by an additional 60 days. This is the third and final block of POV extensions provided in support of COVID-19 operations, and does not inlcude dates from the previous two extensions.

|Community In-processing/out-processing||Minimally staffed. ETS, Retirees, Chapters and PCS Soldiers with an SRO ETP can receive clearing papers (unless you are a new chapter, your S-1 should already have your clearing papers) and out-process. Any new arrivals will receive an in-processing checklist and will be allowed to in-process individual agencies. ITC Classes are currently suspended.|
Starting Monday 13 April, the Garmisch ID Office will be open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. These hours may adjust depending on number of customers, availability of staff and COVID-19 updates. Until further notice, ID card operations will be limited to the following services: CAC pin resets, lost/stolen ID cards, IDs expiring within the next 60 days, out-processing for ETS/retiring/chapter/ETP for PCS, and DEERS enrollments/updates. Due to social distancing policies in place, only one person will be allowed at a workstation at one time. For staff and customer protection, no children are allowed in the office. If you have no other alternative but to bring your child, you must control your child. |Transition Center||Open. The staff asks customers that they only proceed with chapter cases if truly necessary. It is getting extremely difficult to get flights for anyone out of country. All traffic is being pushed to the Patriot Express.|
|Passport Office||The passport office is currently open for passport pick-ups and SOFA card issuance Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (hours are subject to change based on availability of staff and COVID-19 updates). The staff asks that only one person, per family, can come to the office for pick-up or SOFA card issuance (please email the passport office for SOFA card issuance requirements). The passport office is currently unable to accept passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad applications and cannot ask the Consulate for status updates on Consular Reports of Birth Abroad.
