It’s almost time for the Army Housing Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey and we are excited to announce that we have expanded the options available to the residents to complete a survey.

Who: All WSMR Family Housing Residents

What: 2024 Army Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey

When: March 4 – April 18, 2024

Where: Residents will now have a text option available to obtain and complete a survey. As always, CEL & Associates will still only accept one survey per household. 

Please review below for more details and instructions:

1. Email: CEL & Associates will continue to distribute surveys via email to each household with a valid email address on file.

2. Text Message: CEL & Associates will need the Resident’s opt-in prior to the survey launch on 4 March. Residents that opt-in to text messaging from CEL & Associates will receive their survey via text message. In order for a Resident to receive their survey via text, they will be required to opt-in to text messaging from CEL & Associates. As part of the data-verification process, resident must provide a phone number that matches the one given to CEL & Associates. They can opt to receive the text at a different number. For FY24, the texting only applies to U.S. cell phone numbers and privatized housing.
