United States Army Garrison, Fort Wainwright’s Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) provides leadership for programs across the full spectrum of Human Resources. The Directorate contains four independent Divisions to include: Military Personnel Division (MPD) with the Soldier-For-Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP), Army Continuing Education Program (ACEP), Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP), and Administrative Services.
