1st Infantry Division Danger's Voice Signal University delivers tailored and standardized IT and Signal related sustainment training that builds versatile Signal/Cyber Professionals for the Unites States Army.
The training provides Signal Soldiers with a training opportunity to become more proficient in executing their mission, whether deployed or in garrison. The goals of the facility are to provide specific training on current equipment and methodologies and reinforce classroom instruction that coincides with field execution.
Tactical Radio and IT Training, Certification and Pearson Vue Testing
The Danger's Voice Signal University is the premier and only Information Technology and Tactical Radio communications training facility for the First Infantry Division. Our mission is to deliver tailored and standardized IT and Signal related sustainment training that builds versatile Signal/Cyber Professionals for the United States Army. We conduct all of our training in Building 509 from 0900-1700. Below are some sustainment training we offer. - Tactical Radio Training – Prescheduled and unit requested sustainment training available for the AN/PRC-117F/G, -119E/F, -148, -150, -152, PSC-5, OE-254/COM201, SKL, SNAP, Fiber Optics Installer and SMART-T. All training can be set up to meet your unit’s sustainment training requirements.
- DoD 8570 Baseline Certification – Certification training is available for all military and DA Civilians (no contractors). Course offerings include A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+ CASP+, CISSP, SharePoint, CCENT, CCNA, and more. On-site testing for certification is available at the end of each course.
- Pearson Vue Testing Center – The DVSU has a Pearson Vue Testing Center within the facility to proctor anyone needing to take an exam through Pearson Vue. Please visit www.pearsonvue.com for more information about scheduling an exam.

Building is behind the Garrison headquarters, building 500, Huebner Road. Turn north on Carpenter Avenue then left towards the guard shack. Building 509 will be on the right.
