Command Sergeant Major Kenneth R. Franco

CSM Kenneth R. Franco, from Oceanside, NY, enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist, completing one station unit training at Fort Knox, KY. He assumed responsibility of the 3rd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division in June 2018

He has served in every leadership position from Team Leader to Command Sergeant Major. Richardson, AK; First Sergeant, NCOA, Ft. Knox, KY; First Sergeant, C Troop, 4th Squadron (Airborne), 73rd Cavalry Regiment, Ft. Bragg, NC; First Sergeant, HHC Brigade, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne, Ft. CSM Franco has completed all levels of NCOPDS and other PME courses to include: Airborne School, Jumpmaster Course, Army Instructor (Basic & Master), Systems Approach to Training Course, Pathfinder Course, Ranger School, First Sergeants Course, BN and BDE Pre-Command Course, and the BN/BDE CSM Development Course.  He is enrolled with Excelsior College pursuant to a Bachelor’s Degree.
