Directorate of Emergency Services (DES): The Directorate of Emergency Services provides law and order, fire and emergency services and protection operations. Its main mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for the service members, civilians and families that work, live on or visit our installation.

Directorate of Human Resources (DHR): The Directorate of Human Resources provides the installation community with essential support services to enhance the quality of life for those who work, live, and raise families on post and and in the surrounding communities.

Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS): The Directorate of Plans, Training Mobilization and Security Serves as the USAG Commander's principal staff proponent for mission command of all Installation level activities and events in support of the Commander’s priorities. DPTMS is the lead for all crisis actions on the installation and is the Garrison's central tasking authority.  DPTMS synchronizes installation activities with the G3 to best support the mission and community. DPTMS is composed of two divisions; Plans & Operations and Maks Army Airfield. The Plans & Operations Division is composed of: Warrior Operations Center (24/7 operations), Plans, Security (Personnel, Information, Industrial and Security Education and Training), Emergency Management and Antiterrorism, and Solider Readiness Processing. Maks Army Airfield (MAAF) is composed of, Airfield Operations, Navigational Aid Maintenance (Airfield Maintenance), Army Radar Approach Control (ARAC) (24/7 operations), Flight Control Tower, and Airfield Safety.

Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP): Soldier Readiness Processing enables unit readiness by assisting supported commands in deployment preparation and redeployment; coordinates resources in support of (de)mobilization operations; assists supported commands in validating units/individuals for worldwide deployment operations. The SRP Site is open for pre-scheduled events only. The site is also available to schedule training events, briefings, mass immunization, or other functions.

Directorate of Public Works  (DPW): The Directorate of Public Works provides infrastructure, engineering resources, housing and facility management support and services incorporating sustainable development. It's DPW’s mission to ensure the long-term viability of the installation's ability to support the military commanders and joint base community, advancing environmental stewardship, community relations and quality of life.

Logistics Readiness Center (LRC): The Logistics Readiness Center manages the development, coordination and supervision of logistic functions for the Installation, Senior Mission Commander, satellite and tenant activities. We direct operations of supply, transportation, maintenance, ammunition quality assurance, logistical planning, and other services and related matters. LRC advises the 406th AFSB, Garrison Commander, and Senior Mission Commander on matters pertaining to logistical support.

Public Affairs Office (PAO): The Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.

Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC): The CPAC office is responsible for recruiting, retaining and sustaining a high quality volunteer force through innovative and effective enterprise solutions and ensures human resources readiness of the Total Army across the full spectrum of operations.

Religious Services Office (RSO): Providing the highest quality of religious services and spiritual care for the JRTC and Fort Polk community and ensuring the nation's commitment to our constitutional rights to exercise religious freedom and recognition of the integral part faith has in the military, our family's, and DA civilians.

Garrison Safety Office (GSO): The top priority of the the Garrison Safety Office is to safeguard and protect service members, their families, civilian employees and Army property as well as to create the safest workplace and living environment possible.

Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEO):  The primary goal of the EEO program is to manage workforce diversity and to maintain a discrimination-free workplace. Our mission is to make sure all employees and applicants for employment be free from discrimination in employment based on race, race, color, religion, sex, national origin and age (40+), mental or physical disability, genetic information or reprisal for prior EEO activity.

Plans, Analysis and Intergration Office (PAIO): The Plans, Analysis and Intergration Office provides oversight of quality, productivity, cost management programs; execution of short and long-range planning programs; conducts analytical reviews; monitors Army baseline standards; captures and enables implementation of best business practices; identifies, tracks, and orchestrates reporting of business measures; and coordinates/integrates/executes garrison programs/actions.

Home Based Business (HBB), Home Based Businesses are operated by family members of the U.S. Army soldiers or civilians who provide a service to other U.S. forces members and affiliates. Family members stationed at Fort Polk may want to work out of their home and try their hand at starting a business in or out of their government quarters.

Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) The Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation provides quality facilities and effective programs that enhance readiness, retention, and resilience across the JRTC and Fort Polk military community.
