Servicemembers' dependent/s MUST apply for no-fee passports and visas for each family member. Servicemembers do not need to apply for no-fee passport or visas.

All DACs and their dependents need to apply for official passports and visas, NOT no-fee passports.

Anyone who arrives without the proper passport or visa must return to CONUS at their own expense and obtain them, as Italian Visas are not issued in Italy.
