- Need to register with Patient Administration Division (PAD), or Records Department, located on the first floor of the Health Center. They will enter in the system your name, cell phone number and the type of Insurance. You will be required to present your health insurance card when you and your family enroll.
- It is particularly important if you have school aged children, that they are registered as well.
- Immunizations for well-child exams, and all other immunizations, will be given at the scheduled appointment on a space-available basis.Walk-in appointments are available at the Immunization Clinic for all Military ID Cardholders.
