The Administrative Services Branch advises the IMCOM Commander and staff on all aspects of the Records Management, Official Mail and Distribution, Freedom of Information Act , Privacy Act, and Publishing Management Programs required by Federal laws. In addition, this office serves the following functions:

Primary point of contact with HQDA proponents on inquiries and issues concerning Administrative Services for IMCOM Headquarters, regions, and installations.

Provides program management and oversight for the Command's Records Management, Official Mail and Distribution, Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and Publishing Management Programs.

  • Provides Command policy and procedural guidance to 6 regions for implementation by garrisons.
  • Serves as central point of contact for the IMCOM FOIA Requester Service Center.
