The Administrative Services Branch advises the IMCOM commander and staff on all aspects of records management, official mail and distribution, Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and publishing and forms management programs, as required by federal laws. In addition, this office:
- Serves as primary point of contact with Army headquarters proponents on inquiries and issues concerning administrative services for IMCOM headquarters, IMCOM directorates and installations.
- Acts as an extension of the United States Postal Service to provide personal mail services and ensure OCONUS installation tenants receive the same level of service as CONUS off-base communities of the same demographics.
- Provides program management and oversight for the command's:
- Records Management - Office symbols, surveys, Army Records Information Management System, records holding areas, and Automated Information Systems records management certification. Office: 210-466-0418

- Provide command policy and procedural guidance to IMCOM directorates for implementation by garrisons.
