Installation Management Command
Mr. J. Randall Robinson is the Executive Deputy to the Commanding General of Installation Management Command where he is the Senior Civilian and has similar authority to act and make decisions for subordinate positions within the Command. As the Executive Deputy, he provides oversight of a command with a Civilian workforce of over 50,000 appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) personnel and approximately 20,000 Contractor Civilian Manpower Equivalents (CMEs). His primary portfolio includes, but is not limited to G1, G8, G9, Joint Basing, and Acquisition. In order to achieve portfolio objectives, his key partners consist of Army Secretariat Staff, Army Service Providers, and private industry.
