The mission of the Transition Center is to provide separation services to all Soldiers of the Pacific Rim. The section processes ETS, Retirements, Release from Active Duty (REFRAD), Medical Separations, Discharge/Retirement, Chapter Eliminations (both Voluntary and Involuntary separations), mobilized RC Soldiers, and release and retirement of AGR Soldiers. The Transition Center issues DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), DD 215, amendment to DD 214, honorable discharge certificates, retirement flags, retirement pins and Soldier and certificates
The Soldier and Family Assistance Center is a one-stop location built to equip and aid wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers who are assigned or attached to Warrior Transition units.
Special Operations encompasses civil affairs, special forces, psychological operations and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne).
The Promotions & Personnel Section provides customer service to Soldiers for Non-PSDR units in Hawaii and remote sites. Customer service include several S1 services such as maintenance of service member’s official military personnel files, Printing Promotion Certificates, and Clearing Out-processing Soldiers.
The Suicide Prevention Program office provides support to active duty Army, Reserve, family members and Department of the Army civilians assigned to Hawaii.

The Unit Service Coordinator assists commanders and rear-detachment commanders with meeting the needs of their Soldiers and families. The Unit Service Coordinator serves as the unit's single point of contact to coordinate Army Community Services and make sure command teams receive the support needed.
