We have a robust and diverse schedule of religious worship services that meet all over the island. We also have many religious education and auxiliary programs as well. If you do not see what meets your religious needs listed here, please contact your unit chaplain or the Religious Support Office at (808) 787-1551 so we may assist you. For after-duty hours/emergency chaplain support, please call the Lightning Operations Center at (808) 787-3157 and ask to speak with the on-call duty chaplain.

USARHAW Child Protection & Safety Policy
Our goal is to provide a safe learning & spiritual formation environment in our Chapels where children experience positive spiritual development.
Child protection and safety includes background checks, two cleared adult rule, incident reporting, child registrations, and annual child protection and safety training.
- Background Check Appointments: IAW AD 2014-23, all adults 18 years and over who work with children are required to have a cleared background check prior to volunteering. Schedule your appointment here:
Book a Background Check Appointment - Two Cleared Adult Rule: A mandatory minimum of 2 adults, age 18 and over, who have received a favorable background check, must be present with children in each room at all times.
- Incident Reporting: Incidents of accident, injury, near-miss, or hazard shall be reported utilizing a USAG Hawaii incident report.
- Child Registration & Sign-In/Out: Chaplain-sponsored programs and events where children are involved shall maintain registration and sign-in/out documentation. Registration will contain, at a minimum, the parent's name and contact information.
- Annual Training: All individuals working with children will attend annual child protection and safety training provided by the USAG Hawaii Directors of Religious Education.
