The Prevention Education Program offers alcohol and other drug prevention, education services to active duty, family members, and retirees, Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers, and Department of the Army civilians.

The Soldier for Life Council is the volunteer retiree organization for U.S. Army Hawaii. They meet semi-annually, publish a newsletter and host an annual Retiree Appreciation Day.

Tricare is the health care program for uniformed service members, retirees, and their families around the world. It provides comprehensive coverage to all beneficiaries, including health plans, special programs, prescriptions and dental plans.
The Department of Veterans Affairs offers benefits that can improve the lives of veterans and their families.
