The Hawaii Army Soldier For Life Council is a volunteer organization of Army retirees, veterans, family members and significant others dedicated to supporting the Soldier for Life mission by advocating Department of Defense, Department of the Army, Department of Veterans Affairs, state and local government and veteran service organizations to adopt policies, implement programs, enhance services, and provide information that support the needs of Soldier for Life community.
