MISSION
Our mission is to deliver quality customer service to Soldiers departing Hawaii who are preparing to PCS or Transition (Retire, ETS or other separation) out of the Army.

The Prevention Education Program offers alcohol and other drug prevention, education services to active duty, family members, and retirees, Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers, and Department of the Army civilians.
The U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii Public Affairs Office supports the garrison by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership - providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal & external audiences. We employ a variety of communication strategies- including internal news and information products, media engagement, and public outreach.
The Retirement Services Office provides quality service regarding benefits, entitlements, information and referral to retirees, their family as well as active duty Soldiers and their family preparing for retirement.
The Soldier for Life Council is the volunteer retiree organization for U.S. Army Hawaii. They meet semi-annually, publish a newsletter and host an annual Retiree Appreciation Day.
The Promotions & Personnel Section provides customer service to Soldiers for Non-PSDR units in Hawaii and remote sites. Customer service include several S1 services such as maintenance of service member’s official military personnel files, Printing Promotion Certificates, and Clearing Out-processing Soldiers.
