The Army Career Skills Program (CSP) is an optional component of the Transition Assistance Program. CSP allows Service Members to choose a field of study for an internship while still on Title 10 orders. This program helps service members take their skill set from the army and transfer it to the civilian world for job placement once separating from the military.

Service Members MUST complete their TAP process before submitting for approval or participating in a Career Skills Program.

The Hawaii CSP office holds their weekly CSP briefs every Monday from 0900-1100, except for holidays at the Schofield TAP office. During these briefs, many employers that offer CSP programs talk to Service Members about their program.
